About Asakusa Mugitoro

In 1929, Asakusa Mugitoro first opened its doors on the banks of the Sumida River. We began with a single, heartfelt wish: "We want everyone to experience the simple pleasure of a bowl of mugitoro." That wish continues to guide us to this day.

The world of dining is ever-changing, and the pace of that change grows faster with each passing year. We, too, must continue to evolve — adapting while staying true to our roots.
