Weekdays only, 11:00 AM to 2:30 PM (last entry 2:00 PM). The buffet is not available on weekends or public holidays.

No, the buffet is walk-in only on a first-come, first-served basis. Sign-up opens at 10:30 AM at the storefront. We recommend arriving with time to spare, especially during busy tourist seasons.

There is generally no time limit, but the last entry is 2:00 PM and the buffet closes at 2:30 PM. During peak times, we may ask guests to observe a reasonable time limit.

Our signature seasoned tororo (grated yam), barley rice (mugimeshi), and a variety of traditional Japanese home-style side dishes (simmered vegetables, grilled items, pickles, etc.). Menu items may vary based on daily ingredient availability.

Which floor is the buffet on and how do I get there?

The Mugitoro Buffet is on the 1st floor of the Asakusa Mugitoro main building at 2-2-4 Kaminarimon, Taito-ku, Tokyo. It's approximately a 5-minute walk from Asakusa Station (Tokyo Metro Ginza Line, Tobu Skytree Line, and Toei Asakusa Line).

Can I enjoy the buffet on weekends or holidays?

The Mugitoro Buffet is open on weekdays only. On weekends and holidays, please consider our kaiseki and set meals (floors 1–3), or the Sky Tororo Buffet at our rooftop Lounge Vista.
